The Aston Martin Vulcan is a two-door, two-seater, lightweight, high-performance, limited-edition V12- engined automobile launched in 2015 by. At the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Its engine, mounted in an aluminium alloy chassis with a carbon fibre. Body, provides 804 brake horsepower (600 kW). The Vulcan is fitted with carbon ceramic brakes, a magnesium torque tube with a carbon fibre propshaft, a limited-slip differential, a 6-speed Xtrac sequential gearbox, and has a kerb weight of 1,350 kg (2,980 lb). The Vulcan was designed by Aston Martin’s Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman, taking inspiration from current Aston Martin models, the Vantage, DB9 and One-77. Like the Ferrari FXX and McLaren P1 GTR cars, the Vulcan must be approved by the factory to drive in track day events. However, unlike those cars, customers are allowed to keep the car for themselves.
